The Mosaic On The Strip Theater (formerly the Metz, Utopia, Empire Ball Room & Tommy Wind Theater) is the only stand alone theater/venue in the heart of  Las Vegas Strip. SPR & Promotions & SPR International has moved into this beautiful theater to create a new brand of entertainment in a production friendly environment.
